Frank Cerney has lived in California for over fifteen years. He has two sisters living in California and a father who still resides in Arizona. Frank enlisted in the Navy out of High School, but the Navy quickly detoured him to the University of Arizona where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Commission in 1990.

Completing his Sea tour with the VAW-112 Goldenhawks, an E2C squadron out of NAS Miramar, Frank returned to Tucson in 1995 to serve as the University of Arizona'a NROTC Aviation Instructor. While working full time as a college instructor and counselor during his three year tour, Frank completed the four year Part-time MBA program and earned his graduate degree in 1998.

He served on active duty for a total of 11 years and continues to serve in the Naval Reserve and currently holds the rank of Lieutenant Commander. He is a decorated veteran who most recently served in Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Frank's Hobbies include studio scale model building and movie prop collecting. He has been published several major model building magazines to include; SCI FI FANTASY MODELER, MODELERS RESROURCE MAGAZINE, and featured in AMAZING FIGURE MODELER and LEE's TOY and HOBBY.

Frank has also done work for MASTER REPLICAS for thier STAR WARS Line of Studio Scale Reproductions.

He is married to the former Kristin Englehart of Gaithersburg Maryland. They live in Monrovia California and she works for the USC Cardiovascular Team as a perfusionist. They have one daughter and hope to have one more child in the near future.
