Here I am restoring one of the SIL puppets at Steve Johnson's XFX. The Prop was to be auctioned off for Charity.

My Studio Scale Millineum Falcon. Part for Part Accurate to what was filmed. That why I was hired to help with the MASTER REPLICA FALCON Shown below.

The Finished Licensed Falcon. Here is my artist proof that I was given

The New Viper from BATTLE STAR GALACTICA. 15 Inches long, and in scale with the Original Studio Model from the Original Show. I produced this garage kit. I didnt build the master, but I sure as hell made alot of molds for it. See below.

The Viper Part bins. I needed ALOT of parts, and I needed them NOW!

Speaking of ALOT of parts.....check the following pictures out.

While working at XFX, I was hired to molds 4500 Battlestar Galctica Recharge Cylinders for a licensee. I had 2 weeks to do it, and I did it in one.

Oh, I had to PAINT the Damn things too.

I made 4,712. Don't believe me? See for yourself!

The Actual Kit of the Viper. I routinely get comments "..this is the best garage kit I have ever bought..."

Here is the John Eaves XWING casting that he was given by Grant McCune. I was hired by MASTER REPLICAS to Mold it QUICKLY, when the shop they were going to use could not do so in a timely manner. The Wings and engine are actual MASTERS from production. The rest of the ship was castings from production molds.

Moe and I actually partmapped the entire Xwing for MASTER REPLICAS and supplied a set of actual model parts just as we did for the Falcon.

Here is one of the sets of castings I produced for Master Replicas.

The Xwing was cancelled when MASTER REPLICAS abondon the STAR WARS License. EFX picked up the license and project and still occasionally use as a consultant.

Here are molds for the XWING Fuselage that was done as fiberlgass jacket mold. The B-WING Mold is next to it.

Same Molds, shown closed without bolts.

My Summer Project. My very Own R2 D2. He will be fully RC'ed when Im done.

R2's Skirt and a close up of my fiberglass work.

Same turned over.

My Training Remote. Part for Part accurate to original. Used in the Upcoming movie FANBOYS.

My Stasis tube from ALIENS I made for Fun.

Made two more to sell because I kept getting email asking for them.

Stasis in 1/6 Scale for GI JOE.

Molds? Yeah,...I have made a few.

One of TWO walls of molds in my Garage.

About Me

I'm a model builder/mold making hobbiest who has on occasion worked for various FX shops, or done private consignment work for clients in between corporate employment, or on free time respectively. I have worked for Global Effects (who hasnt? haha), Steve Johnson's FX, MASTER REPLICAS, Dave Lowe Designs, and various private individuals. I have been building models since I was 8, and Im self taught mold maker familiar with urethane, and polyester products. I can also do some electrical, I cant design chips, but I can wire anything else for lighting. I have a college degree, and military experience, which means I can learn quick and follow directions. If you need help, and think I could be of service, or have a question regarding the work in the photos, please give me a call.
